A resource
What a neat way to send a personal greeting from your child. My granddaughter is so proud of heself when she makes a card...and knows it is sent to someone she loves...or to a friend. This is a great way for cousins to connect.

A "lady" giraffe
We did not get to the Butterfly Garden because they were charging $24.00 per person! So we came home and I found this great giraffe to make. Addy took her picture home to show Mommy...but you should see her giraffe...a "lady" giraffe...that means sequins and sparkles!
You will need:
Construction paper
Poster paint in yellow and brown
Print a single yellow handprint. The palm forms the body, the fingers the legs and the thumb forms the tail. Use the side of the hand to print the neck and add a fingerprint for the head. When dry use brown fingerprints to make the giraffe’s spots, not forgetting a fingerprint for the end of the tail.
